HR Manager - Bangalore Office (not remote)

Sarva Labs is looking for a HR manager to join our multinational engineering team and work in our Bangalore Office. As an HR Manager, your goal is to create an outstanding employee experience by delivering HR-related services and support companies growth. The role will involve working, side-by-side, with our employees to foster a positive environment and make sure the company’s mission and goals are effectively implemented.


  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relationships, training and compensation process; monitor and make improvements as required
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, HR policies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Provide counselling for relationship management including dispute resolution and team building
  • Prepare periodic reports for management with recommendations and trends
  • Provide expertise and offer advice to employees in areas like career planning, employee relationships, strategic development etc
  • Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations
  • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
  • Preferably in Web3/Blockchain technology area


  • Must be ready to work from our Bangalore Office.
  • Must have worked in Software company preferably in a startup environment.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience working as a HR manager or in a similar position preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory; Master’s is a plus
  • Proven experience developing and executing strategies designed to improve employee morale
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of local and federal laws and HR best practices
  • Proven experience developing and implementing solutions to highly complex situations that call for ingenuity and creativity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal communications skills
